Find out our Romagna crescione, made from our piadina dough with type 00 flour, soft and fragrant, and filled with delicious ingredients. The crescione (also known as "cassone" in the Rimini area and "calzone" in the Imola area), whose name comes from a particular wild field herb with which the filling was traditionally prepared, is stuffed, folded and closed in a crescent shape before baking by sealing well the edges with a press.
