The protagonists of this sensory journey will be Ham of Parma and Culatello of Zibello, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Lambrusco and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

The package includes: 2 nights with breakfast in a double room in a farmhouse *** in Parma, cooking course (choose between traditional pastries or sweets), visit to the factory that produces salumi of the "Bassa Parmense", visit to the cellars of drying and tasting of products in Busseto, entrance to the birthplace of Giuseppe Verdi in Busseto, tour and tasting in ancient vinegar factory in Modena, 1 visit and tasting at the winery in the province of Reggio Emilia, 1 lunch/tasting with local products in Reggio Emilia, a visit to a dairy farm that produces Parmigiano-Reggiano DOP.

The package does not include: transport, any meals and entrance fees to monuments, if not included in the "included".

1st DAY:
Arrival in Reggio Emilia, free visit of the cit; we recommend you to visit the squares: Piazza dei Teatri, Piazza Grande, Prampolini with the Cathedral, the Baptistery and the City Hall, Piazza San Prospero, with the Basilica to finish on Corso Garibaldi where the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Ghiara is, with beautiful frescoes of the Emilian school of the seventeenth century. Guided visit to a winery and then lunch/tasting (with Parma ham, salami feline, cooked shoulder of San Secondo and parmesan cheeses, breads/cakes, and wine tasting of the hills of Parma).
In the afternoon, transfer for about 13 kilometers to a farm for a guided tour and tasting of wines and local products. We'll discover the Lambrusco and beyond. Transfer and free visit to the Castle of Canossa and Castle of Rossena about 20 km from the farm, to discover the territory of Matilda of Canossa. Free dinner. Transfer to the farm in the province of Parma, accommodation in reserved rooms.

2nd DAY:
Breakfast at the farmhouse. Transfer by car to Bussetto, entrance to the house of Giuseppe Verdi, followed by a guided tour with a chance to see and learn about the main phases of Culatello di Zibello, visit to the cellars below, and finally a visit to the ancient cellars of an old Mill overlooking right on the birthplace of Verdi. To admire in these cellars of the seventeenth century, a beautiful waterfalls of culatelli in seasoning. Lunch/tasting in the Osteria next to the birthplace of Verdi with typical products.
In the afternoon, transfer to the center and visit Parma, with a guide you will see Piazza Duomo, the Cathedral, a splendid example of enriched Romanesque art, in the dome, the masterpiece by Correggio and the Baptistery, unique jewel of medieval art of the great architect Benedetto Anelami, Palazzo della Pilotta. Free dinner and overnight in Farmhouse.

3rd DAY:
Breakfast at the farmhouse. Check out. Transfer by car. Free morning excursion to the center of Modena, we recomend to see the Cathedral, the main square, the Ghirlandina Tower and the Palazzo Ducale. Transfer and guided visit with tasting to a vinegar in the province of Modena. Free afternoon and return home.
